Several years ago I did some watercolor studies of the unique headstones found at our City Cemetery. There are some truly great ones to be found! I created a whole series of prints from what I found and entitled it: "Set In Stone".

Our Lady of Guadalupe

The headstone is old, weathered and the paint is peeling away. I re-created the image of what I thought it might have looked like when new.

Ortiz Angel

A very graceful and beautiful angel belonging to the Ortiz family. It has been vandalized several times and is no longer at the Cemetery. I took the liberty of placing the broken wings with a shorter version.
Cross in Blue

You will find several crosses in this collection, as they were obviously used throughout the Cemetery. This particular one was very simple, yet stately.
